Leveraging our extensive industry expertise, we help to re-think plant design and project execution sequences with a focus on constructability, maintainability, and long-term operational and maintenance costs.

We offer this exercise at the early stages of the value curve, where these changes can have the greatest impact at the lowest cost throughout the project life cycle.

OUR VALUE

We offer comprehensive technical procurement services, encompassing everything from creating general and technical specifications and equipment datasheets—based on process datasheets and PFDs provided during the FEED phase—to liaising between the client’s purchasing department and vendors, supervising the equipment manufacturing process in line with the agreed ITP, and overseeing equipment performance during FATs and SITs. Leveraging our strong industry network, we source cost-effective solutions that meet all process, project, and client-specific requirements.

We also offer a complete Issued for Construction (IFC) documentation package, technical purchasing, and construction supervision for the needed entire plant auxiliary system, including fire fighting, air and nitrogen, cooling, HVAC, emergency power, sewer, water services, and more.

OUR TEAM

Background: Lars Als Nerving holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering with over 25 years of extensive experience in industrial processes and advanced technology implementation across the Power Generation, Wastewater Management, and Power-to-X industries.

Experience: Has held several key positions, specializing in engineering, technical management, and project execution. Proven track record in successfully delivering projects that prioritize constructability, maintainability, and operational efficiency while maintaining a strong focus on safety and cost-effectiveness.
